LeyA is an AI social media manager that works through WhatsApp. This guide explains onboarding, how LeyA operates, how to create and approve content, and what to do when you need support.

Onboarding Process

From first message to first approved post.

Onboarding is designed to happen in WhatsApp. Secure authorization and payment steps may open in a browser, but LeyA returns all next steps and confirmations to the chat.

Start the WhatsApp chat

Tap Start on WhatsApp and send a short message. LeyA uses that conversation as your main workspace for setup, posting, scheduling, billing help, and support.

Request access or begin the trial

If LeyA is in beta mode, it may ask for your name, business, industry, and contact details before approving access. If your account is already enabled, LeyA moves directly into setup.

Share business context

Tell LeyA what your business does, who you serve, your preferred tone, and any offers or services you want to promote. This helps drafts sound closer to your brand.

Connect social accounts

LeyA sends secure authorization links for Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn. You approve only the channels you want LeyA to use.

Confirm posting preferences

Set the default platform, timezone, posting style, and whether LeyA should suggest captions, hashtags, schedules, or ad ideas.

Create the first draft

Send an idea, a photo, or a direct request. LeyA drafts the post and shows the options before publishing anything.

Approve, edit, or schedule

Reply with the number LeyA gives you, or write a plain language instruction like edit this, schedule tomorrow, or cancel.

LeyA acts like a controlled assistant, not an autopilot.

LeyA is built around a simple operating loop: understand the request, ask for missing details, create the draft, wait for approval, then publish or schedule.

Understands the request

LeyA reads your message and identifies whether you want to create a post, schedule content, connect an account, review analytics, run an ad, or manage your plan.

Asks for missing details

If the message is incomplete, LeyA asks a focused follow-up question instead of guessing. Common missing details are platform, date, photo, caption direction, budget, or audience.

Creates a draft

For content requests, LeyA prepares a caption, hashtags when useful, and a suggested action such as post now, schedule, edit, or discard.

Waits for approval

LeyA does not publish social content until you approve. You stay in control of the final message and destination.

Publishes or schedules

After approval, LeyA sends the content to the connected platform or stores it for the scheduled time. You receive confirmation in WhatsApp.

Reports back

LeyA can send status updates, live links, performance summaries, and account reminders back into the same chat.

Create a post from an idea

Example: Send: Create a post about our weekend sale.

LeyA returns a draft caption and gives you options to edit, publish, schedule, or cancel.

Create a post from a photo

Example: Send the photo with a short note, such as: Make an Instagram post for this.

LeyA uses the image context and your instruction to write the caption.

Schedule content

Example: Send: Schedule this for tomorrow at 9 AM.

LeyA confirms the time and queues the post for the connected account.

Publish to a specific channel

Example: Send: Post this to Facebook and Instagram.

LeyA checks the connected accounts and asks for approval before publishing.

Edit a draft

Example: Send: Make it shorter, more professional, or more friendly.

LeyA revises the caption and shows the updated version before action.

Review analytics

Example: Send: Show me my analytics.

LeyA summarizes recent performance, engagement, and useful next steps when data is available.

Run an ad

Example: Send: Run an ad for this post with a 10 dollar daily budget.

LeyA asks for the goal, audience, budget, and timing before setting up an eligible campaign.

Manage billing

Example: Send: Send my payment link, change my plan, or cancel my plan.

LeyA routes the request through the account and billing flow.

Account Connections

Connect the channels LeyA should manage.

LeyA only uses accounts you authorize. If access expires or permissions change, LeyA will ask you to reconnect before posting.

Instagram

Use an Instagram Business or Creator account. If the account was recently changed from personal to business, reconnect it before posting.

Connect a Facebook Page you manage. LeyA posts to Pages, not personal Facebook timelines.

Connect LinkedIn from the secure authorization link. Posting availability depends on the LinkedIn account or organization permissions.

Professional Use Standards

How to get better results from LeyA.

Be specific

Include the product, offer, audience, platform, and desired tone when you can. Short messages work, but specific messages produce better drafts.

Review before publishing

Read each draft for facts, prices, dates, spelling, and policy-sensitive claims before approving.

Use simple scheduling language

Write dates and times clearly, such as Friday at 2 PM or June 25 at 9 AM. LeyA uses your account timezone.

Reconnect when permissions change

If Meta, Instagram, or LinkedIn permissions expire or a password changes, reconnect the account from the secure link LeyA sends.

Keep media ready

For photo posts, send the final image or creative in the same conversation so LeyA can include it in the workflow.

Cancel clearly

If you do not want to continue an action, reply cancel. LeyA will stop that draft or setup flow.

What happens if a connection expires?

Message LeyA to reconnect the platform. LeyA sends a fresh authorization link, and your normal posting workflow continues after approval.

Can LeyA manage multiple accounts?

Yes, depending on your plan and connected permissions. LeyA will ask which account or Page to use when there is more than one option.

Can LeyA run ads?

LeyA can help create eligible Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns on supported plans. It will ask for objective, audience, budget, timing, and creative before setup.
